Job Description

Manager Training Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Training Analyst to join a team to design, develop, and execute training programs following a large scale transformation initiative, across the organization. This role is ideal for a self-driven professional who thrives in executional aspects of L&D — someone who can independently conduct training needs analysis, build learning solutions, deliver training, and evaluate effectiveness of training programs.

Your Impact:

  • Conduct in-depth training needs assessments by analyzing process and functional changes on account of large scale transformation initiative (business led with significant IT and system changes), and workforce capabilities.
  • Design and develop high-impact learning content (e.g., e-learning modules, instructor-led training, toolkits, online job aids) tailored to diverse learner profiles.
  • Deliver live and virtual training sessions across business functions, ensuring engagement and measurable outcomes.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, data analysis, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate directly with business leaders, and subject matter experts to align learning initiatives with business priorities

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, or instructional design.
  • Proven ability to independently manage the full training lifecycle—from analysis to design, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Strong proficiency in learning technology tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, LMS platforms, virtual facilitation tools). Excellent communication, facilitation, and content creation skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including the use of Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools. Experience designing programs for global and hybrid/remote workforces.
