Trust & Banking Coordinator – Legal

Location: Miami, FL (On-site, Monday–Friday)

Experience Required: 3–5 years

About the Role

Evolve Workforce Solutions is assisting a highly respected Am Law 200 law firm in Miami, FL, in hiring a full-time Trust & Banking Coordinator to join their legal accounting team. This role is 100% in-office and requires a candidate with proven treasury management experience.

The Trust & Banking Coordinator will be responsible for executing a range of trust accounting, wire processing, and treasury-related functions across real estate closings, client trust activity, and firm bank accounts. Key Responsibilities

  • Post incoming wires through various Treasury Management platforms (required)
  • Process outgoing wires and check requests for real estate closings and settlement payments
  • Open and close firm bank accounts and investment subaccounts for escrow deposits
  • Manage trust accounting tasks such as voided checks, stop payments, and stale-dated check reissues
  • Post firm-related wires and enter corresponding general ledger transactions
  • Reconcile firm and trust bank account statements accurately and on schedule
  • Support the Cash Receipts team by posting incoming operating account deposits when needed
  • Maintain strong communication with attorneys, staff, and financial institutions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

  • Must have experience with treasury management and online business banking platforms
  • 3–5 years of experience in a law firm accounting department
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook and Excel)
  • Experience with Aderant accounting software preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and professional communication
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment
  • Daily on-site presence in the Miami office is required (remote/hybrid not available)

Work Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • Overtime flexibility as needed
