We are seeking a self-motivated Finance Manager with at least two years of experience in used car finance . This position requires someone who can work independently without needing to be micromanaged. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in subprime and prime lending , strong lender relationships, and the ability to structure deals that benefit both the customer and the dealership.

• Secure financing for customers through prime and subprime lenders
• Structure deals to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance
• Maintain strong relationships with banks and lenders to expand financing options
• Ensure all paperwork and contracts are completed accurately and efficiently
• Offer and sell extended warranties, GAP insurance, and other financial products
• Maintain a high closing ratio while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Stay up to date with lender programs, compliance regulations, and industry trends
• Work closely with the sales team to finalize deals and improve overall performance

• Minimum of 2 years experience in used car finance
• Self-driven and able to operate independently —this is not a role for someone who needs to be babysat
• Strong knowledge of subprime and prime lending
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• High level of integrity and compliance awareness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Experience using dealership management systems (DMS) and finance software
