Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Mid-Senior UX Designer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in both research and design (UX/UI) of digital products such as software or enterprise software. This role requires a proactive individual with the versatility to lead and collaborate in various aspects of the design process, from user research to delivering pixel-perfect UI designs.

Top 5-7 Skills:

• Expert proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and creating responsive UI designs.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Scaled Agile work methodologies and JIRA.
• Proven experience designing user interfaces for AI-centric products in collaboration with data science teams.
• Strong skills in conducting user research, usability testing, and documenting findings.
• Ability to create and deliver pixel-perfect, responsive UI designs compliant with ADA Level AA and HFI best practices.
• Proficiency in facilitating design conversations, workshops, and user feedback sessions.
• Experience using and working within an established Enterprise Design System (EDS).

Requirements for the role:

• Conduct user research (stakeholder interviews, persona reviews) and usability tests to gain deep user insights.
• Design intuitive user-centric interfaces, creating process maps, task/user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with the UX Lead and data science teams to design UI for AI engagements.
• Lead design conversations and workshops, challenging the status quo to deliver innovative solutions.
• Maintain strong alignment with Scaled Agile methodologies for efficient project delivery.
• Deliver finalized, pixel-perfect responsive UI designs using the Enterprise Design System and Material guidelines.
• Foster a user-centered design approach throughout the product development lifecycle.

Education and Experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design and research for digital products (e.g., software, enterprise software).
• Proven portfolio demonstrating a strong foundation in both UX and UI, including work on AI-centric products.
• A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience will be considered.
