Job Description

This VP of Sales position is responsible for leading, building and implementing collaborative business solutions that are aligned with both NPE and Walmart/Sam's Club objectives that achieve desired business results. This position must develop and strengthen a mutual relationship with the Customer at multiple levels resulting in strategic business planning and partnership. This role is responsible for managing and developing business initiatives with Walmart/Sam's Club Divisions and our Client/Vendors. This role requires strong skills in selling, project development, portfolio product knowledge, enterprise capabilities and the ability to navigate cross functionally. It is essential to provide clear sales direction, support and information to the customer and internal cross-functional partners, while demonstrating the companies’ values and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities include:

· Leading our sales initiatives at Walmart/Sam's Club.

· Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships.

· Achieve sales volume and spending budgets while maintaining T&E, AR, Deductions, forecasting accuracy.

· Negotiate and manage our contracts and volume commitments. Maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews, volume commitments, documentation and trackers.

· Provide timely concise and effective communication both internally and externally. Live out the NPE Mission, Vision and Values

Rwquirements:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

· Experience: 5 plus years of industry sales experience preferred. 2 plus years sales experience in Retail/Wholesale Club channel and or 2 plus years Direct Sales Experience with Walmart/Sam's Club preferred.

· Computer Skills: Expected to be fully literate in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Asana strongly preferred

· Strong Selling and organization skills along with the ability to navigate cross functionally to find solutions. Strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and interpersonal communication skills; Ability to work independently; Ability to translate customer direction into sales successes.
