$35,000 - $40,000 (experience dependent)

What will you be doing

The successful candidate will work within the Warehouse Team, assisting other team members with the preparation of educational goods prior to dispatch, ensuring that the correct specification and type of products are used to fulfil each customer order.

The successful candidate will also be involved in preparing orders ready for shipment which will include quality checks, packing of orders and preparing paperwork and labels for couriers/shippers.

This is a hands-on role in a fast paced and demanding environment .

About you

A hard-working, conscientious, and flexible, attitude is required, with good attention to detail. You will be providing updates to colleagues and customers regarding all inquiries therefore, precise, and responsive communication skills are vital. Other attributes include:

• Hardworking and willing to learn and grow with the company.
• Good understanding of MS Word and Excel
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, standing and moving for extended periods.
• Hands on individual with self-driven positive attitude
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in detail
• Good timekeeper
• Warehouse / shipping / operational experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided .

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Picking, packing and dispatching orders
• Adhering to precise shipping processes for each customer, domestic or international, ensuring that all delivery procedures are followed correctly
• Recorded inventory adjustments on ERP systems
• Assist with monthly stock counts and update inventory reports
• Assist with shipping and receiving including customer communication and tracking
• Assist with customer goods in and returns in coordination with the technical support team
• Assist with the loading and unloading of shipping containers.
• Assist with the rotation of stock as instructed by the warehouse manager.
• Maintaining and clean, safe, and efficient warehouse.
