Position Overview:

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our Madison showroom team as a part-time Wellness Sales Associate . In this role, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming showroom experience, understanding customer needs, and guiding them to the right product solutions—including hot tubs & saunas.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Experience & knowledge of hot tubs & sauna products are a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets
• High school diploma

Schedule & Pay:

• Part-time position (approximately 26-28 hours/week)
• Every other weekend availability required
• Opportunity to earn a strong income through base pay, commission and bonuses
