Role Overview:
Join a long-standing team of anesthesia providers who work in northern South Carolina just outside the city of Charlotte. The CRNA compensation is competitive with experienced high earners making up to $325K plus the outstanding benefits at a $30K Retention Bonus. The benefits are also excellent and flexible with a cash out option. There is an option for a 3-5 day week depending on your preferences. You’ll find a mix of cases and the team is willing to train you in areas you are interested in. This job has the kind of flexibility for it to be what you want it to be. New graduates are welcome here.
Highlights:
Shifts between 8 and 12 hours long with potential for longer shifts in the future
Optional call and Cardiac for Nurse Anesthetists
Diverse case with optional spinals and arterial lines if you choose to do them.
~ High earners average an additional $35K annually in OT which is also optional.
Retention Bonus: $30K over three years.
Benefits Package includes: $14K annual flex benefit with cash out option and profit-sharing.
