The Project Manager will lead projects and help build the operational foundation in the Greensboro region. This person will split project load with an existing PM and oversee 3–5 active jobs within about a 70-mile radius. Typical projects include landfill expansions, FAA airport work, and large-scale industrial sites.
This role is a fit for someone with strong field understanding and business acumen, who thrives in a fast-paced, less-defined systems environment. The PM will have a seat at the table for strategic discussions and will help build systems that enable growth. They’ll manage schedules, budgets, and documentation, while also mentoring others and representing Sargent’s values on the job sites and with customers.
