  • Inventory and Product Management : Coordinate with operations and merchandising to ensure accurate product listings, inventory syncs, and promotional readiness.
  • Customer Journey Enhancement : Oversee CRM and email marketing to nurture relationships, drive loyalty, and increase repeat purchases.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Creative, Marketing, and Operations to align digital initiatives with broader brand and sales strategies.
  • Reporting and Forecasting : Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights to leadership, highlighting opportunities for growth.

  • Deep understanding of Shopify (or similar platforms), GA4, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of driving growth and improving key e-commerce metrics.
  • Aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail aligned with a high-end brand experience.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-AOV or luxury retail, with an understanding of the digital customer journey in this space.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Klaviyo (email), and digital asset management platforms.
  • Background in international e-commerce expansion (if relevant).

What Success Looks Like
