Title: Epic Ambulatory Care Systems Analyst

Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid)

Salary: $100,000 to $135,000

We are seeking an experienced Epic Ambulatory Care Systems Analyst to support and optimize the Epic billing environment for a leading healthcare organization. We offer the opportunity to work on impactful projects that improve provider billing efficiency and overall care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain the Epic Ambulatory application across clinical departments.
  • Analyze clinical workflows, identify system improvement opportunities, and configure enhancements.
  • Partner with operational stakeholders to gather requirements and implement effective solutions. Lead and support Epic upgrades, testing initiatives, go-lives, and ongoing optimization.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and change implementation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and healthcare regulatory standards. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to cross-functional IT initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED requiredBachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • 1+ years of systems analyst experience (healthcare IT preferred)
  • 2+ years of relevant experience supporting clinical applications.
  • Prior experience with Epic Ambulatory required.
  • Epic Ambulatory Certification required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project lifecycle methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Additional Epic certifications a plus.
