About the Position

As an Esthetician at Cynthia Rivas Skin Care, you’ll join a passionate team dedicated to advancing the skincare experience. This role is perfect for an esthetician who thrives in client education, excels at building lasting relationships, and feels confident engaging in social media and digital content creation.

We’re looking for a professional who is outgoing, confident, and excited to represent the CR Skin experience—both in the treatment room and across digital platforms.

What We Offer

Work-Life Balance

• 4-day work weeks with 3 consecutive days off—always including 1 weekend day. (Example: Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, Monday, Tuesday Off)

Compensation

• Base Salary: $25/hr (Full Time)
• Additional Earnings: Commission on treatments, product sales, and tips offer exciting earning potential beyond the base salary to surpass $100K+.
• Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses available.

Professional Growth

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Luxury Treatments : Perform personalized facials and advanced skincare services, including microcurrent, peels, dermaplaning, and much more.
• Comprehensive Skin Analysis : Create tailored treatment plans addressing both immediate and long-term skincare goals.
• Client Education : Confidently educate clients about skin health, home care, treatment journeys, and product recommendations — education is at the heart of every service.
• Social Media Engagement : Participate in content creation, share skincare tips, and be comfortable appearing in videos, tutorials, or brand campaigns.
• Client Experience :
• Provide a seamless, 5-star luxury service experience.
• Build strong, loyal client relationships through trust, care, and personalized recommendations.
• Product Expertise & Sales : Recommend premium skincare products tailored to each client’s needs, meeting personal and studio sales goals.
• Hygiene & Maintenance : Maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas.
• Inventory Management : Track inventory and recommend product orders to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Sales & Event Participation : Support studio events and brand initiatives to drive community engagement and loyalty.
• Administrative Support : Assist with client check-in/out, order fulfillment, and front-of-house studio operations as needed.

What You Bring to the Team

• Licensing : Valid NYS Esthetics License required.
• Experience : Minimum 1 year in a spa or medical office setting.
• Sales & Client Care : Proven ability to meet or exceed retail sales goals and deliver an elevated client service experience.
• Outgoing & Confident Personality : Love connecting with clients, educating them, and representing a luxury brand voice with professionalism and warmth.
• Social Media-Friendly : Comfortable participating in skincare-related content, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Professionalism & Discretion : Ability to engage with a diverse clientele with grace and confidentiality.
• Technical Skills : Familiarity with POS systems, client management software, and booking platforms.
• Team Player :
• Thrive in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
• Maintain a positive, growth-oriented mindset and contribute to a strong team culture.
• Advanced Treatment Experience : Certifications in advanced modalities such as microcurrent, LED therapy, chemical peels, and oxygen infusion are a plus (training available).
