At Chick-fil-A, Front of House Managers are responsible for assisting the management team in all aspects of shift management and ensuring that each restaurant guest has an outstanding experience. Front of House Managers are responsible for supervising the team during peak periods. The work schedule for this position will rotate to include a combination of opening, mid-shift, and closing.
What are the responsibilities?
· Willingness to work alongside the team in any position at any given time.
· Ensuring consistent execution of the operations, including unmatched hospitality, remarkably fast speed of service, and fresh food.
· Provide clear directions and goals for the team daily.
· Manage labor and productivity to ensure high profitability.
· Continually analyze and improve the operations of the business.
· Hold team members accountable to the procedures and policies of Chick-fil-A.
· Complete all daily checklists and responsibilities.
· Ensure the next shift is always set-up for success.
· Count down drawers.
· Complete breaks.
· Keep the restaurant shining clean.
What are the requirements?
· 1+ year of management experience with good problem-solving skills, people skills, servant leadership, follow-through, ability to follow clear directions from superiors, complete ownership of your responsibilities, and a willingness to do things without being told
· High School or equivalent
· 2+ years restaurant experience
· Availability at least 5 days a week, including Saturday.
· Must be 18 years or older
· Ability to manage and work in a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer focused environment
· Must be able to lead by example through hard work, position proficiency, and daily service
· Must complete the 150-day training plan for outside leadership candidates
