Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: San Francisco, CA

Duration: 6 + months

Payrate : $34 to $37/hr

About the Role:

We’re seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Business Development team with a leading real estate client. In this role, you’ll design and develop compelling print and digital materials that support business growth, from proposals and offering memorandums to presentations, maps, flyers, and more. Your designs will visually communicate the client’s expertise and help them stand out in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create professional, visually engaging materials for proposals, presentations, property listings, and more.
• Design within the client’s branding standards while tailoring materials to client preferences.
• Work closely with deal teams to develop and refine design concepts.
• Create property listings on the client’s site.
• Manage multiple design requests with strong time management and communication skills.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of design experience, preferably in real estate or similar industries.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Marketing (or equivalent experience).
• Commercial real estate knowledge is a plus.
