Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Indianapolis (on-site)

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:

Westfield Outdoors® is looking for a versatile and highly creative Graphic Designer to join our growing design team. This role is key to bringing our product lines to life visually through impactful branding, packaging, surface pattern design, illustration, and marketing collateral. The right candidate will have a passion for the outdoor lifestyle, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work on a wide range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and layout catalogs, brochures, and brand booklets for B2B and consumer-facing use.
  • Design print and digital marketing materials for our internal brands in alignment with each brand’s unique identity.
  • Create impactful tradeshow graphics, point-of-purchase displays, and plan-o-grams to enhance in-store and event presence.
  • Design innovative and functional product packaging that fits various retail formats and outdoor gear categories.
  • Prepare print-ready files with attention to dielines, production specs, and quality control.
  • Produce engaging iconography to support packaging, product graphics, and marketing needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment.
  • Develop original and compelling brand logos for products and private-label programs within the outdoor space.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within consumer products or outdoor/lifestyle brands.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong knowledge of packaging design, print production, and multi-page layouts.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with 3D software such as Blender or Adobe Dimension.
  • Familiarity with outdoor industry trends, gear, or materials is a strong asset.
