Home Health Companion Job Description

Duties:

• Assist individuals with daily activities, including personal care,
• Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
• Help individuals maintain a clean and safe living environment
• Document and report any changes in individuals' health or behavior
• Engage with clients interest in activities and interests
• Adapt to an ever changing routine due to possible outings and outside activities

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have a valid drivers license and vehicle
