Job Description

A financial services company New Jersey is actively seeking a new Instructional Designer to join their team in Jersey City on a contract basis. In this role, the Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive training programs that ensure employees are well-versed in FCC and corporate compliance regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop instructional materials for FCC and corporate compliance training programs
• Utilize Articulate 360 or other authoring tools to create interactive and engaging e-learning modules
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze training requirements
• Collaborate with other teams outside of Compliance, such as HR LMS team, to prepare and launch course
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field or 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in designing and developing compliance training programs and eLearning modules
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 and/or other e-learning development tools
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of FCC regulations and Corporate Compliance standards
• Experience working in the Banking or Financial Services industry
