Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in New York, NY or Groton, CT is currently looking for an Procurement Analyst to join their expanding team.

Job Title: Procurement Analyst / Pharma-Clinical Supplies / Hybrid Work

Duration: 12 months contract, extendable up to 36 months

Location: New York, NY or Groton, CT

Hybrid role in either NYC or Groton, CT; onsite 3 days per week

Job Description:

Supply Chain Business Support Lead - Procure to Pay

This is a hybrid role in either NYC or Groton, CT; onsite 3 days per week

Summary:

Client is searching for a talented Supply Chain Business Support Lead - Procure to Pay to join their team in either NYC or Groton, CT. This role will support Global Clinical Supply (GCS) in management of GCS PO requisition processes.

This individual will be responsible for reviewing and requesting quotes, tracking PO through approval processes, managing related documentations/resolving discrepancies, and validating source data for monthly billing

Responsibilities:

Manage GMP/GCS system updates as necessary with appropriate PO details

Create reports or collate data as needed for use in financial analyses

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders as required to resolve queries

Ensure the blinded integrity of clinical supplies is maintained

Run and publish established metrics per defined cadence

Provide additional administrative support as needed i.e. presentation preparation, managing data within spreadsheets, updating guidance documents

Support various projects as assigned by and with guidance from GCSO Leadership

Qualifications:

Associate's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Computer Science or related field; also open to candidates with BA/BS degrees

A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative type function, preferably in a procurement-related role

Experience with Microsoft Office, Pivot tables, and similar tools

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks/requests simultaneously under time constraints across global time zones and meet deadlines in a professional manner

Experience with data entry and accuracy within database systems

Ability to maintain relationships with suppliers

Strong listening, written/verbal communication skills with attention to detail

Experience with Ariba Spend Management or other related procurement tools is a plus

Experience and proficiency with SAP/Ariba ERP systems is a plus

Data Analysis skills is a plus

Location/Schedule:

This is a hybrid role in either NYC or Groton, CT; onsite 3 days per week

Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
