Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Scheduler to support planning and scheduling efforts on complex construction and power delivery projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project controls and scheduling, with hands-on expertise in Primavera P6 .

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 .
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to gather input and ensure schedule accuracy.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support resource loading, cost integration, and earned value analysis as needed.
• Prepare and present schedule reports and dashboards for internal and client stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in project scheduling within the construction or power delivery sectors.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, critical path method (CPM), and construction workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience with transmission, distribution, or substation projects.
• Familiarity with union labor environments and utility clients.

Location:

Flexible, with preference for candidates located near major utility hubs or project sites.
