Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at Clark Knapp Honda in Pharr, Texas. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry that is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our dealership, greeting customers and directing them to the appropriate personnel. You will also be responsible for handling incoming calls and assisting in various administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers and visitors to the dealership in a warm and professional manner
• Answer all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel
• Maintain customer records and assist with data entry tasks
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Manage the dealership's general email inbox and respond to inquiries promptly
• Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
