As part of our boots-on-the-ground crew in Madera, CA , you'll bring expertise, efficiency, and pride to every installation. You’ll be tasked with:
Installing open-cell and closed-cell spray foam and fiberglass insulation systems
Following project specs and blueprints with precision
Leading safety meetings and conducting tool/equipment checks
Managing inventory and ensuring proper material prep
Coordinating daily tasks with your crew for maximum output
Operating forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts
Wrapping up with end-of-day reporting, cleanup, and team debriefing
Opportunity to step into Foreman , Supervisor , or Project Manager roles

3–5 years experience in roofing or insulation preferred
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid OSHA 10 or 30 Certification (minimum requirement)
Valid CDL A, B, or C
Experience with forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts
Strong knowledge of job site safety procedures and regulations
Clean driving record (No DUI, reckless driving, or theft-related offenses)
Willingness to undergo background and drug screening
Comfortable using a smartphone or app for daily reporting
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Must be able to lift, bend, and work in various weather conditions and heights
