**Key Responsibilities:**

- Ensure passenger safety and comfort by assisting with boarding and disembarking, securing luggage, and providing information about stops and services.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure proper functioning and cleanliness.
- Maintain accurate records of daily trips, including passenger counts, mileage, and any incidents or maintenance issues.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to report any delays, emergencies, or changes to schedules.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety and service standards.
- Attend training sessions as required to enhance skills and knowledge of vehicle operations and safety protocols.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with passenger endorsement.
- Previous experience driving buses or large vehicles preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a calm and composed demeanor in stressful situations.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
