POSITION: Special Education Teacher (25-26)
REPORTS TO: Special Education Manager
POSITION TYPE: 10-month
COMPENSATION: Starting at $62,000 annually
TEACHER INCENTIVE ALOTTMENT ELIGIBLE COURSE: up to $101,500

At YES Prep, we want to retain high-performing teachers in the place where they can have the greatest impact: the classroom. Through our we reward our highest performing teachers with yearly stipends, differentiated development and coaching, and unique opportunities to flex their influence.
YES Prep is also a TEA approved district. Teachers in eligible courses can earn up to an additional $32,000 a year based on their performance on our Instructional Excellence Rubric and student growth for 5 years if they remain in the classroom.
This means that based on our teacher salary scale, upon their 3rd year in a role, teacher in an eligible course with the following years of experience:
