With a network of both permanent and mobile manufacturing facilities across the U.S., the company runs high-speed automated lines that support a range of packaging types—from registered shrink film to top- and side-loaded cartons—while incorporating cutting-edge robotics into the process.

The Warehouse Manager plays a key leadership role in facility operations and is responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of all shipping, receiving, facility maintenance, and compliance-related activities. This role requires cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and a strong focus on safety and system integrity across TMS, WMS, and ERP platforms. Additionally, the role is critical in maintaining industry certifications such as SQF and HACCP and leading quality and safety practices on site.

Physical Demands
Work is performed in a warehouse environment subject to seasonal temperature fluctuations. Must be able to stand for extended periods and move throughout the facility. Regularly required to lift or move materials up to 50 pounds. Frequent bending, walking, kneeling, and equipment operation required. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
