Scrapbook.com sells scrapbook and crafting products online which we ship from our air-conditioned Gilbert, AZ warehouse. Our Warehouse Receiving Dock Associates serve our customers by ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe handling of all inbound products while maintaining a clean, open, and organized dock and warehouse floor space.

As a Warehouse Receiving Dock Associate at Scrapbook.com you will perform one or more of the following duties:

• Will assist the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Operations Coordinator by ensuring delivery trucks are unloaded safely, products are organized, inspected for damage or missing items, and stored promptly.
• Will have open and concise communication with the WH Manager and Warehouse Operations Coordinator regarding the priority of all product shipments.
• Will ensure inventory is systematically stored, labeled, and maintained to optimize space and improve accessibility.
• Will support the warehouse floor by proactively assisting with warehouse functions such as picking and packing orders.
• Will ensure compliance with OSHA, Arizona Labor Laws, and company policies while maintaining dock safety standards to prevent accidents and support a secure warehouse environment.
• Consistently implement lean principles in the warehouse to optimize operations, increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance.
• Will become proficient in safely and effectively operating the Stock Picker and both electric and manual pallet jacks.
• Will take on other jobs as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1 year Warehouse experience
• Forklift or Stockpicker and Pallet Jack experience required

Must be able to:

• Lift up to 50 pounds frequently
• Walk and stand for 100% of the shift
• Push, pull, squat, bend, kneel and reach during shift
• Push carts to move items around the warehouse
• Use pallet jack to pull and push heavy pallets around the warehouse (50-100 lbs)

• Environment: Warehouse - heated and cooled
• Available Shifts: 7 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday
