Job Description

Responsibilities include:

Process all tax, title and registration documents for new and used vehicles. Check for accuracy and ensure all information is complete. Verify out-of-state titles. Follow-up on outstanding title work, missing or problem titles. Sign over titles for wholesale deals. Prepare lien payoff checks. Post dealer trades and assign MSO's. Prepare funding packages. Post new and used vehicle purchases. Receipt down payments and EFT's. Cash balancing. Assist with Accounts Receivable.

Requirements: Title Clerk experience, Office skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

$25.00 per hour plus Full-time Benefits.
